Aims to take the best from both methods, combining the core strength that is the fundamental idea of Pilates with the flexibility and versatility of Yoga. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels - no previous Yoga or Pilates experience is required. Piyo classes are $5 per class.
Piyo, Mom & Me, and other specialty classes will be offered throughout the dance season as 6-12 week sessions. Please inquire for dates/times.
