Piyo: Aims to take the best from both methods, combining the core strength that is the fundamental idea of Pilates with the flexibility and versatility of Yoga. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels - no previous Yoga or Pilates experience is required. $25/mo for UDDT student and associates (parents, grandparents of student), $30 for those without a UDDT association.
Jazzercise: One hour classes include a gentle warm up, a 30 minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment with weights and a stretch finale.
