Adult Ballet

This is great for those with or without a ballet background.  Emphasis will be on correct placement, body alignment, toning and stretching.  Ongoing training in proper ballet techniques reshapes body lines, tones muscles, improves balance, strength, grace and physical coordination.  It also deepens the appreciation of ballet as an art form.  Attire: Leotard and tights or fitted t-shirt or exercise pants, nothing too baggy nor shorts or excessive jewelry.  Ballet slippers are a must.  Hair pulled back from face, in bun if possible.  Click here to view dress code.
